I have been in food service for over 34 years starting as hourly employee in quick service restaurants rising up to general manager in different organizations. When I turned 40 I decided to follow my true passion and go into cooking cuisine for masses . My father was a chef I always loved to cook and would watch him and my mother growing up prepare food for the family and events. I got a job in corporate dining and began to learn to make different food from around the world. 5 years ago after many people said they loved my food decided to open my own catering business . Now I'm ready to next step to service any event with the love and passion of great food that every person deserves when they taste a meal.
